We do this by hiring ambitious people to help our landlords find the perfect tenant, guiding them through what can be a legislative minefield and assisting tenants in finding their dream home. Working alongside a successful team of professionals, you will be covering all aspects of the residential lettings process and will receive hands on training from our experienced qualified staff. From sourcing new business, arranging and attending valuations and viewings, managing the full lettings process until the point of move-in.
The role will be extremely fast paced, so we are looking for a highly motivated lettings agent who has both a strong work ethic and an eagerness to progress and learn.
This role will suit somebody who takes ownership and wants to be an integral part of a busy lettings team and whilst experience in the property industry is an advantage it is by no means essential.
